You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) juancasino account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses therein.
2.5 KYC Verification. juancasino may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. 3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your juancasino account, whether or not you authorized such activity. juancasino reserves the right to void any transactions that are found to have been conducted fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. juancasino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. juancasino reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on juancasino is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. juancasino aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) hour during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the juancasino Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). juancasino is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by juancasino are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. juancasino reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 Promotion Availability. juancasino promotions are available to eligible Philippine-based players only. juancasino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 RNG Certification. All juancasino slot games, bingo, coin games, and other non-live games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG is regularly audited by third-party testing laboratories.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the juancasino Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the juancasino Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, and video, is the property of juancasino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

9.1 No Warranty. The juancasino Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. juancasino makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juancasino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if juancasino has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Maximum Liability. juancasino's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your juancasino account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
juancasino collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173 ) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal information is used solely for the purposes of operating your juancasino account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, and improving the Platform. juancasino does not sell your personal data to third parties. 11.1 Commitment. juancasino is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Philippine players. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting juancasino customer support. 12.1 By juancasino. juancasino reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.2 By You. You may close your juancasino account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 14.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and juancasino, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through juancasino's customer support process. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
14.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe juancasino has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through their official channels.
